Welcome to Factor Elite 247 LLC! We are a Veteran-Owned business that specializes in Firearms Training, with direct respect to fundamental marksmanship training, Defensive Firearms training (self-defense/defense of others), basic emergency trauma training, situational awareness training, and combat fitness training (coming soon!). Our instructor currently holds certifications with NRA, USCCA, NCDOJ, and the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma. We teach several different courses, and we encourage each student to train and become proficient in the skills needed to effectively defend their life or the lives of those around them if ever in a deadly force encounter. Instructor W. C. Rivers, our lead instructor is a USMC combat veteran who served two tours of duty in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Instructor Rivers has roughly 20 years experience with firearms ranging from semi-automatic pistols and revolvers to Shotguns and Carbine and Hunting style rifles. Instructor Rivers is a certified instructor through the NRA, USCCA, and NCDOJ (NC Concealed Carry Handgun). Instructor Rivers is a highly motivated and patient instructor who is dedicated to the success of the student. He embodies the Factor Elite 24/7 slogan: "Strive to be Perfect" and works diligently to ensure the success of each and every one of his students. I took the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course with Instructor Rivers. I've actually taken a good number of shooting classes previously but needed to complete this as the first in the NRA instructor certification classes. Despite it being a "basic" class the teacher adjusted the material to keep me learning and challenged. The class was engaging and the teacher had a relaxed style and really seemed to care about the material and that I was getting the most out of it...
...I would recommend Factor Elite for any level student looking to learn, improve, or refine shooting skills and to have a great time doing it. Will definitely take more classes in the future.
